Whew

Yes, bit by bit the CNM website is taking shape, thanks to some content the guys have been feeding me, making it seem less empty. It will be ready by the time school starts. I am so glad I finally figured out why .dwt files are valuable to website builders. In good old dentist vocabulary: "Because it works". Ha corny!

Maybe I should take Nick's advice and change to the new blogger. It never paid to jump on bandwagons when it's still wobbling from the weight of the new adopters, it seems. Remember MSN Live? It still gives more disconnection problems from the MSN server than MSN 7.4. That's why I'm apprehensive. Although I really shouldn't, because students of new media should really try it out for ourselves first, that which they call "new(er) media". The new Blogger seems like it, offering wordpress style of classifying the posts. Something which would be nice to have.

Damn is Aaron right, am I an insomniac? I feel damn good though, having played badminton and swam in the morning and napping for a good 2 hours in the afternoon. Life should be this good, all day everyday!

Farewell to 2006

Not as many regrets as last year. But I wish this semester would have yielded better results. And my CAP hadn't dropped.

Time to be positive and take 2007 in my stride, as 5 New Media modules await my grappling.

The Taiwan earthquake reminded me how dependent we are on the internet and the world wide web for directions. Just not being able to log on for a day made me all jittery and lost. I wonder how many others felt this way, especially those belonging to online communities, who contribute and chat regularly on forums?

Life's too short. I'm going to be 2 years past my adulthood before I know it. It's going to be even faster from now on. I just want to make an impression before I leave this lonely planet.

Happy New Year, like every other 31st of December, the last day of every year! We wish for the higher order of adjectives - healthIER, wealthIER, more, more and MORE!

Till we wither and die anyway.
