Affinity
Chances are if people will hit it off well, if they have it: affinity. Is it a simple matter of charm or is it a matter of effort? I believe it can be built upon. Having the good first impression helps of course, but it is something that unfortunately needs reinforcement like the flowering of a potted plant. Constant reminders of the existence of affinity between people and people or people and organizations help to foster good ties. It becomes a formula for relationship, but the contents of the reminder lies in the art. It can be constant reminders of things that do not matter anymore to the people involved with the organization. There is therefore a need to remain relevant as well. This makes the process a two-way thing - feedback is needed from receivers whether or not the messages received are appreciated or not. That is but the planning stage to build the above-mentioned intangible state of things.
