Kofi Annan to be Prof in NUS

Though I don't know what the School of Public Policy does, it is amazing that such a prominent figure as Kofi Annan is coming to be a professor. Is he attracted by the $3m professorship grant for coming? No matter, any one who has been a Nobel prize winner gets recognition and respect, especially for his peace prize accolade that together with the UN where he has been secretary-general for 10 years they achieved.
